Add all the Base ingredients (EXCEPT the reserved 1 tsp cocoa powder) into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Pour half of the vanilla mixture (The Cookie Batter) into a separate bowl.
3. Make the Brownie Side: Add the reserved 1 tsp cocoa powder to the remaining half and mix well. Now you have your Chocolate Batter.
Grab your baking dish. Pour the Vanilla batter on one side and the Chocolate batter on the other side to create that "Brookie" look.
